Business System Engineer – SAP BPC

Our Client is a Multinational IT Group who design and manufacture graphics cards and microprocessors that power millions of the world’s personal computers, tablets, gaming consoles, embedded devices and cloud servers. Its main products include microprocessors, motherboard chipsets, embedded processors and graphics processors for servers, workstations and personal computers, and embedded systems applications.Our client is the second-largest global supplier of microprocessors based on the x86 architecture and also one of the largest suppliers of graphics processing units. It also owns 8.6% of Spansion, a supplier of non-volatile flash memory.

Location: Selangor
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for handling APO/BPC daily tickets, work requests, jobs monitoring while meeting SLA expectation.
  • Involves in APO/BPC enhancements and minor scope project implementation while compliance with SOX.
  • Ensure APO/BPC system’s stability and involves in testing phases.
  • Develop reports and input templates using BPC.
  • Work with different teams/organizations to enable integration of existing enterprise applications with system being developed.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop solutions more consistently and efficiently.
  • Participate in planning by analyzing requirements, estimating work effort, performing demos, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors in IT/ Systems/Finance
  • Few years of experience in SAP BPC – At least completed 1 implementation cycle
  • Having SAP APO or SAP BW would be an added advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel (including VBA)
  • Good background in Data Base design in Microsoft SQL.
  • Knowledge of ABAP and/or SQL language is a plus
  • Background in Microsoft .NET, Visual Basic, Word, Outlook and HTML.
  • Understand the testing cycle
  • Self-starter and proactive contributor to team
  • Ability to learn fast and acute intellectual curiosity
  • A good understanding of the software development process
